What VyaparPilot is, and who it is for

VyaparPilot is an independent product built in India for people who sell on online marketplaces. It has two halves: a set of free tools for everyday seller tasks that need no account, and a paid profit dashboard that turns marketplace settlement reports into the profit or loss of every single order.

It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meesho Internet Private Limited or any other marketplace. Everything here is built from the seller's side of the table.

Why it exists

A marketplace settlement shows a seller one number: the amount paid out. It does not show what each order actually earned once commission, shipping, GST, packaging, returns and claims are taken out. Sellers routinely discover months later that a product they thought was profitable was losing money on every return.

The first version of VyaparPilot was built to answer that question for Meesho payment reports: upload the settlement file, enter your cost per SKU, and see per-order and per-product profit instead of a lump sum. The free tools grew out of the same work. A profit calculator for a single order, a price calculator for hitting a target margin, a GST invoice generator, and the PDF and image utilities sellers kept asking for.

What is free and what is paid

There are 10 live tools across 6 categories. The utilities and calculators are free, need no signup, and 4 of them run entirely in your browser, so the files you process never leave your device.

The seller profit dashboard is free to start with an account. Its advanced modules, such as the P&L report, SKU pricing simulator and custom order tools, are on the Pro plan. Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription. See the full tools list for what each one does.

How the free tools are funded

The free tools are paid for by the Pro plan and may carry advertising on free pages. We do not sell user data. The privacy policy lists exactly what is collected and why, and any account can be deleted on request.

How the guides are written

The articles in the blog are written by the people who build the product, using real settlement reports and the fee structures marketplaces publish. Each guide states the fees and formulas it is based on, with a worked example, so you can check the numbers against your own reports rather than take them on trust. If a marketplace changes a fee or a rule, the guide and the matching calculator are updated together.
