How Meesho sellers use these together
- Set the price with the price calculator: enter your costs, your expected return rate and the margin you want.
- Verify the profit at that price with the profit calculator, and project it across your monthly orders.
- Sanity-check margin vs markup with the margin calculator so a 50% markup is not mistaken for a 50% margin.
- Handle GST: pull the taxable value out of the customer price with the GST calculator, then raise the invoice with the GST invoice generator.
What Meesho deducts from every order
Your settlement is the customer price minus a handful of deductions, and the calculators model each of them: the commission for your category (zero for most categories today, so the default is 0%), the shipping charge for the order's weight slab, GST on the taxable value, and the cost of returns and RTO, where you earn nothing and still pay return shipping. Returns are the deduction most sellers forget, and the reason a product that looks profitable on paper can lose money at a 25% return rate.
For the full breakdown read Meesho commission and charges explained and Meesho shipping and return charges. To stop estimating altogether, the Seller Profit Dashboard reads your Meesho payment file and computes real profit per order and per SKU.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an official Meesho calculator?
Meesho shows estimated earnings inside the supplier panel while you list a product, but it does not include your product cost, packaging or return losses. These free calculators let you enter every cost and see your real profit, the price you need for a target margin, and the GST inside a price.
How do I calculate my profit on Meesho?
Profit per order = selling price − product cost − packaging − commission − shipping you bear − GST. Then blend in returns: a returned order earns nothing but still costs return shipping. The Meesho profit calculator does this for you and projects it across your monthly orders.
How do I decide the selling price on Meesho?
Start from the margin you want, not from a markup on cost. Commission and GST are percentages of the selling price and returns eat into the margin, so the price has to cover them. The Meesho price calculator solves for the exact price from your costs, return rate and target margin.
Which calculator should I use first?
Use the price calculator to set a price, then the profit calculator to verify the profit at that price. Use the margin calculator for a quick cost-to-price check and the GST calculator when you need the taxable value or the CGST/SGST/IGST split for an invoice.
Are these Meesho calculators free?
Yes. Every calculator here is free and needs no signup. To get the same numbers automatically from your actual Meesho payment file, per order and per SKU, use the VyaparPilot seller profit dashboard.
